in my mailbox

(in my mailbox is hosted by the Story Siren)

i have a problem. i wasn't planning to buy anymore books for a while, and guess what i did this week. yep, you guessed it, buy more books! although, in my defense, goHastings.com was having a great sale so what else could i do?

don't answer that....

anyway, here's what i've got in my mailbox so far, and i should have the rest by next weekend!

Journey of Hope: Two Novels by Lurlene McDaniel, The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause, Seventeenth Summer by Maureen Daly, and Obernewtyn and The Farseekers by Isobelle Carmody.

I hope these are good! they are all the result of impulsive book shopping...

now that you've seen my new books, what's in YOUR mailbox?

  14. I hope you enjoy The Silver Kiss! :) I've been meaning to read it for a long time, but then read another negative review on Amazon that puts me off. Note to self - stay away from Amazon reviews. Hope you enjoy the rest of your week, Bella xx

  15. mmmm....this makes me want to buy books. But if I buy books, I read them, and it's harder to write while reading. Still, I'm so interested in Obernewtyn and Farseekers from those covers...tell me if they're good!!!!

  16. Those are nice covers. I'd check them out! I have Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins on the way.

  17. Bella--yeah, i always check the Amazon reviews before i buy something...but then when i look for the reviews on books i already have and love, they often have a lot of negative ones! it's so confusing

Molly--you have more self-control than me! keep it up!! i'll admit, the covers are what got me, too...i'll let you know if they're good : )

Theresa--ooh, enjoy Mockingjay! i can't wait to read it!!
